Question 1

What is the Dumb Money Index?

Accepted Answer

The Dumb Money Index aggregates real-time retail trader positioning across all major FX pairs to identify statistical crowding extremes. When 65–90% of retail accounts are stacked on one side, institutional desks systematically squeeze that positioning. ForexEdge quantifies this signal with 76% historical accuracy on reversal calls.
