1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using ForexEdge.IO (the "Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the "Terms") and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. This agreement extends to any and all subsidiaries, affiliates, and related services operated by ForexEdge.IO.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of changes to these Terms will constitute your acceptance of such changes.

2. No Financial, Investment, or Trading Advice

CRITICAL DISCLAIMER: All content, analysis, insights, reports, data, recommendations, and materials provided on ForexEdge.IO are for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing contained on this Platform constitutes financial, investment, trading, legal, or tax advice. The Platform does not provide personalized investment recommendations or tailored trading strategies.

You expressly acknowledge and agree that:

• All information is general in nature and does not take into account your individual financial situation, investment objectives, risk tolerance, or personal circumstances
• You are solely responsible for your own trading and investment decisions
• You should consult with qualified financial advisors, tax professionals, and legal counsel before making any investment decisions
• Past performance of any security, strategy, or market is not indicative of future results
• Trading in financial markets involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors

3. Assumption of Risk

You expressly acknowledge and assume all risks associated with trading and investing in financial instruments, including but not limited to:

• Market volatility and price fluctuations
• Potential loss of some or all of your invested capital
• Currency exchange rate risks
• Interest rate risks
• Credit and counterparty risks
• Liquidity risks
• Regulatory and political risks
• Technology and system failures

You agree that ForexEdge.IO shall not be held responsible for any trading losses, whether direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages that you may incur as a result of using this Platform or relying on any information provided herein.

4. Accuracy of Information

While ForexEdge.IO strives to provide accurate, current, and reliable information, the Platform:

• Does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or reliability of any information, data, analysis, or content
• Does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components
• May contain delays, inaccuracies, or errors in market data, news, and other information
• Relies on third-party data providers and sources whose information may be delayed or incorrect

You are responsible for verifying any information before relying on it for trading or investment decisions.

5. Membership, Subscriptions, and Payments

Subscription Terms:

• Membership plans (Silver, Platinum) are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) as selected at purchase
• All fees are non-refundable except as expressly required by applicable law
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support
• Upon cancellation, your access will continue until the end of the current billing period
• We reserve the right to modify subscription fees, billing cycles, and membership benefits with at least 30 days' prior written notice
• Failure to pay applicable fees may result in immediate suspension or termination of your access

Payment Processing: All payments are processed through Stripe, Inc. By using the Platform, you agree to Stripe's terms of service and privacy policy. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for all applicable fees.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, materials, and intellectual property on ForexEdge.IO are owned by or licensed to ForexEdge.IO and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. This includes but is not limited to:

• Written content, analysis, reports, and articles
• Charts, graphs, visualizations, and technical analysis
• Trading strategies, methodologies, and frameworks
• Software, code, algorithms, and user interface designs
• Trademarks, logos, brand names, and service marks
• Video content, webinars, and educational materials
• Proprietary data, metrics, and research findings

Prohibited Uses: You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, transmit, repost, create derivative works from, sell, resell, sublicense, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without our express written permission. This includes sharing login credentials, scraping data, or redistributing insights to non-members.

7. User Conduct and Account Security

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete account information
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials
• Accept all risks of unauthorized access due to your failure to protect your credentials
• Immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account
• Not share your account with others or allow multiple users to access a single subscription
• Not use the Platform for any illegal, fraudulent, or abusive activities
• Not attempt to circumvent access controls, copy protection, or usage limitations
• Not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the Platform
• Not use automated systems (bots, scrapers, spiders) to access the Platform
• Not interfere with or disrupt the Platform's servers or networks

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in abusive behavior, or compromise Platform security.

8. Limitation of Liability

MAXIMUM LIABILITY DISCLAIMER: TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, FOREXEDGE.IO, ITS OWNERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AGENTS, AFFILIATES, AND PARTNERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Trading losses, investment losses, or financial damages of any kind
• Personal injury or property damage resulting from Platform use
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data or transmissions
• Statements or conduct of any third party on the Platform
• Errors, omissions, interruptions, delays, or defects in the Platform

LIABILITY CAP: In no event shall ForexEdge.IO's total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount you have paid to ForexEdge.IO in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or one hundred dollars ($100.00), whichever is less.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ForexEdge.IO and its owners, directors, employees, contractors, agents, affiliates, and partners from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Platform; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any rights of another party; (d) your trading or investment decisions; or (e) your violation of any applicable laws or regulations.

10. Third-Party Links and Services

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites, services, advertisements, or resources. ForexEdge.IO does not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for any third-party content, products, services, or practices. You access third-party links at your own risk and should review their terms and policies independently.

11. Regulatory Compliance

You acknowledge that:

• ForexEdge.IO is not a registered broker-dealer, investment advisor, or financial services provider
• The Platform does not execute trades, hold customer funds, or provide brokerage services
• You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws, regulations, and tax obligations in your jurisdiction
• Certain jurisdictions may have restrictions on access to financial information services
• It is your responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform complies with local laws

12. Modifications to Platform and Terms

Platform Changes: ForexEdge.IO reserves the right to modify, suspend, discontinue, or terminate any aspect of the Platform at any time without prior notice, including but not limited to features, content, database availability, access hours, and membership benefits.

Terms Modifications: We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at our sole discretion, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease, and all provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement
• Warranties that the Platform will meet your requirements or be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• Warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of information obtained through the Platform
• Warranties that defects will be corrected or that the Platform is free of viruses or harmful components

Some jurisdictions do not allow disclaimer of implied warranties, so the above disclaimer may not apply to you.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Binding Arbitration: Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in the State of Delaware.

Class Action Waiver: YOU AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTE SHALL BE CONDUCTED ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS ONLY. YOU WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT OR CLASS-WIDE ARBITRATION.

Venue: For any disputes not subject to arbitration, you agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware.

16. Miscellaneous Provisions

Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and ForexEdge.IO regarding the use of the Platform.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Waiver: Failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

Assignment: You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms. ForexEdge.IO may assign its rights without restriction.

Relationship of Parties: Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, agency, or employment relationship between you and ForexEdge.IO.
